Which is better, Classic 350 vs Bullet 500? I am looking for daily use and occassional long travel.
Performance wise, the Bullet 500 is a step up from its 350cc sibling, offering better pull from low revs, due to the massive torque the engine makes and better cruising speed as well. Whether riding solo, or even two-up, the Bullet 500 pulls cleanly, even in the high mountains and on steep inclines. The 500 will cruise happily around 90kmph and will go up to a top speed of over 120kmph, but the engine doesn't like being revved and maintaining those speeds become stressful, the vibrations creep in and doesn't make it a very pleasant experience. Ridden in its sweet spot and over long hours on the highway, the Bullet 500 returns between 30-35kmpl whereas 350 returns 35–40.

Is there any way to lower the exhaust note of a Royal Enfield?

I love the sound of the Royal Enfield. It would destroy the personality of the machine to make it more silent. There are quieter mufflers but they are a lot more restrictive and may cause you to loose some power. One option is to fit a short mechanical baffle into the tail end of the pipe, but the silencer is already very restrictive, fitting this will further reduce performance. Here are the pictures of baffle silencer for reference royalenfield-Baffle Exhaust
If you mean you love bass of the machine but you want to get rid of unwanted noise, other option is to go with glass wool. Glass wool and ceramic wool are types of man made fibers with high thermal insulation and low thermal conductivity. Glass wool is the packing material inside the silencer through which the exhaust gases flow. It absorbs unnecessary noises and is the reason of the bassy sound of the silencer and also thermal insulation. Here is a link for reference Glasswool exhaust

Which royal Enfield gives more mileage and good cc?

There's no denying that Royal Enfield motorcycles attract a cult following, be it the seasoned 'Bullet lover' or the newbie for whom nothing else but a Royal Enfield would do. The reasons for this following are many - from brand loyalty, street presence and the go-anywhere, rock solid image of Royal Enfield bikes
The Royal Enfield portfolio includes Bullet, Electra, Classic, Thunderbird, Himalayan and the Continental GT. Among this the Bullet, Classic and Thunderbird are available in 350cc and 500cc engine versions. Few models are packed with fuel injection, projector headlamp and digital instrument cluster. Still now Royal Enfield continues to be symbolic of masculinity.
Royal Enfield and Good CC are synonyms. As more mileage is also a part of concern. Here are three options among 350 cc category
